Nestled in Moore Park, the SCG offers multiple transport options—trains, trams, buses, and rideshare. If you’re driving, parking starts at $30, though walking or cycling through Sydney’s scenic parks is a great alternative.

Getting to the SCG
Due to the SCG being in the heart of Sydney there is an abundance of public transport available including trains, buses, trams, and also dedicated pick up and drop off points for taxis and rideshare service such as Uber and Didi.
Parking
Parking on event days will set you back $30 per car when parking in the EP2 and EP3 parking areas, if you are looking to park in the Entertainment Quarter parking via Lang Road this will also cost you however fees vary dependant on the day. Moore Park Golf also has parking available at a flat rate of $30 per car and this overflows onto the grass opposite the Tennis Courts at Moore Park when the golf area becomes full.
Additionally there is also car parking available at Sydney Boys High School and Sydney Girls High School available on event days where fees also apply.
Tram
Trams are available to Moore Park on the L2 and/or L3 Randwick Line that will get you close to the SCG, you can also catch a tram from the Central Railway Station via Chalmers Street and this will bring you to the Moore Park Tram stop located on Anzac Parade (south of the SCG).
Bus
On event days special event shuttle buses run to and fro between Central and Moore Park and will leave from Chalmers Street and from the Devonshire Street Central Station exit.
Taxi and Rideshare
With rideshare becoming such an excellent way to travel to sporting events there are drop off areas made available on Driver Avenue during events, if you are looking at going the old school way and grabbing a taxi then there are permanent taxi ranks in Entertainment Quarter on Errol Flynn Boulevard
Cycling and Walking
Because of the location of the SCG if you are already in the city it is well worth taking a short stroll to take in the atmosphere of the gardens surrounding the SCG, additionally there are tonnes of bike racks available throughout Moore Park making it incredibly easy to get some exercise in on your way to an event.
Accessibility
Accessible parking is available EP2 and EP3 on ground level of the Entertainment Quarter Car Parks, you will need to have all relevant documentation available including prebooked tickets to prove you need the carpark and it is advised that you prebook your accessibility car park to ensure you don’t miss out.
