Quirindi racecourse plays host to provincial racing in New South Wales this weekend.
The rail is in the true position for the entire course and the track will likely be a Good 4 – Soft 5.

RACE 5: #11 READY TO DRINK – $3.80 (1.1u).
Loved the trials of this Territories filly.
First trial looked nice behind IMPRESSIONISM over the 820m, where she was under a nice hold and finished off better than the others to my eye. She was given a good push out in the 1000m trial at Muswellbrook, and although it didn’t look the greatest, I don’t think she appreciated the going.
She has drawn well here to sit in a prominent position, which is needed at Quirindi, and the good track only enhances her chances. I think she is worth the bet in a race which has a long tail.
