RACE 9: #7 YELLOW BRICK & #5 OSIPENKO

YELLOW BRICK was immense second-up in the Listed Tattersalls Members Cup at Eagle Farm, saluting by just over 2L in impressive fashion. I love that he is taking on his own age group here over a distance that he is no stranger to. The pace looks genuine, and he should slot in nicely before unleashing.

OSIPENKO is over the odds. He was 5^th in that crazy Toorak Handicap won by ANTINO. Prior to that, he made ground against the bias behind AMOR VICTORIOUS, finishing 1.7L behind him. This is the easiest assignment he has had in some time and he gets a world class jockey aboard to give him every chance in a highly winnable race.

RACE 5: #2 JUST PARTY

This is a terrific chance for JUST PARTY to turn the tables on ANODE here.

They both came through the Listed Tapp-Craig where JUST PARTY was beaten by the barest of margins, but they both comfortably beat the rest of the field 3L. Arguably, he should have won the race after being held up, but he wasn’t held up as bad as he was two back over the mile.

1600m suits, and I am hoping that Jay Ford gets him off the fence with plenty of time, so that he can break through with a much deserved win this preparation.
